Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of each portrait, all sales are considered final. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not offered for a change of mind.
Damage or Loss in Transit
While the utmost care is taken in packaging and shipping each portrait, it is understood that damage can occur during transit. For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped with tracking and are fully insured.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please follow these steps:

Contact the business immediately at felice@furandfeatherbyfelice.com with your order number.

Provide photos of the damaged artwork and the shipping box.
Upon reviewing the damage and initiating the insurance claim, you will be given the choice between two options:

A Full Refund: A full refund for the cost of the artwork will be issued to your original payment method once the insurance claim is approved and payment is received from the carrier.

A Re-creation of the Artwork: The artist will re-create the portrait for you. An estimated timeline for completion and a new delivery date will be provided.
We will guide you through the process of filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
